History

Philip has been an Independent Financial Planner between the years 1983 - 2002.

In 1992, he was instrumental in assisting the setting up of a new Financial Planning Practice for a partnership business and over his three-year contract period, helped to formalise their early business strategies.

In 1995, he commenced trading his own Financial Planning Practice which was later sold off in 2002.

In 1999, he Directed a Ltd Company Mortgage Business until 2003.

From 2003 to 2009, he concentrated solely on his own principle mortgage business, but with a strong bias toward investment mortgages for individual wealth creation.

Philip has been invited on to two individual (non-family) Discretionary Trusts to act as Trustee and for the purpose to expand and manage Trust wealth through investment property. Through his past (national) mortgage business, he predominately helpped interested private individuals to create and expand their own investment property portfolios and up to Autumn 2009, had helped over a dozen first-time private landlords to acquire investment portfolios of over £1million, with many others below this level.

 From Autumn 2009, Philip left the Financial Services Industry to follow his passion for automated trading on The Foreign Currency Exchange.

Today

Philip "works" from a Coachouse, sited in the grounds of Dennes, the main residence in Kent.

He controls a considerable investment property portfolio and invests for capital appreciation.

Outside property investment, Philip takes an active interest in trading the financial markets, particularly The Foreign Currency Exchange (Forex), for further financial gain. During 2009, he spent a great deal of time and money having bespoke Forex Automated Trading Software developed which adopts one of his chosen trading strategies and encompasses a positive risk / reward approach for higher financial gain with less overall risk.

Through his knowledge of this market he helps interested individuals needing extra income (or capital)  to set up secure second/subsequent income streams via the use of intricate (open-market) software and an "automated trading approach" where private individuals can now enjoy the fruits of The Forex Market without even knowing how to trade within it.

Philip is married to Jane and has three young children under the age of 7 years.
